It is great for watering the lawn and washing down boats. The living area is open and spacious. The third bedroom contains the furnace and hot water tank and is all plumbed for laundry. The large sun room is screened in and a great gathering spot for family when the bugs are too bad to enjoy the gorgeous deck. The natural back yard has a fire pit and storage shed. The cabin sits on concrete piles and the crawl space houses the water pumps and has lots of storage space. The shingles were just done in 2017.
